You acknowledge that market conditions can change rapidly and that the publisher has no obligation to update previously published content.
10. Jurisdiction and Distribution

12. Forward-Looking Statements
The Content may contain forward-looking statements, including opinions, estimates, projections, expectations, hypothetical scenarios, or other statements regarding future events, market conditions, economic developments, or potential performance of financial instruments (“Forward-Looking Statements”).
Forward-Looking Statements are inherently uncertain, involve significant risks and assumptions, and are subject to change without notice.
No assurance is given that any Forward-Looking Statement will prove accurate, complete, or reliable. Actual outcomes may differ materially from those expressed or implied due to market volatility, economic shifts, geopolitical events, changes in policy, or other factors beyond the control of the Author or Publisher.

All such Performance Information is provided solely for illustrative, educational and informational purposes to illustrate the Author’s thought process, risk management framework, or macroeconomic interpretation.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Nothing in the Content should be interpreted as a forecast of future performance or a recommendation to replicate any position or strategy.
Performance Information may be incomplete, unaudited, simplified, or presented in a manner intended only to communicate general concepts. No representation, warranty or guarantee is given as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any performance-related data, whether expressed or implied.
Performance figures are provided on a best-efforts basis. They are not prepared in accordance with any performance reporting standard.
The Author and Publisher are under no obligation to update, correct or maintain any Performance Information, and actual outcomes may differ materially from any examples provided.
Under no circumstances does any reference to past or current positions constitute investment advice, an inducement, or a financial promotion. Neither the Author nor the Publisher shall be liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on any Performance Information.

• to attempt to bypass access controls or technical protections
• to interfere with or disrupt the service
• to use Content in a manner that violates any law or regulation
21. Limitations on Results, Interpretations & Suitability
All commentary is general in nature and does not consider your personal circumstances. Nothing in the Content should be interpreted as:
• a personalised investment recommendation
• a guarantee of performance
• a representation that any strategy is suitable for any individual
• a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, commodity or instrument
The publisher accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on the Content.
22. Hypothetical Examples & Backtest Disclaimer
Any hypothetical performance, simulated returns, back-tests, scenario analyses, or forward-looking statements are illustrative only. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Actual results may differ significantly.
23. Market Data & Third-Party Data Disclaimer
Some charts, datasets, quotes, indicators, or market information may be sourced from third-party providers. Accuracy is not guaranteed. The publisher accepts no liability for errors, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
29. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Content, subscription services, or these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis. If this waiver is found unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the relevant claim must be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
30. General Waiver:
No failure or delay by the Publisher in exercising any right or enforcing any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver will be effective only if expressly stated in writing. A single or partial exercise of any right shall not prevent the publisher from exercising that right or any other rights in the future.
31. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Disclaimers, Privacy Notice, and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Publisher in relation to your access to and use of the Content.
This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Content.
No other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations shall be binding unless expressly agreed in writing by the Author or Publisher.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
